It’s simple, effective, helps your recover and literally makes you feel somehow carefree and happy like a baby ☺️⠀\ ⠀\ How?⠀\ ? Lay with the back flat on the floor, thinking “navel to spine”⠀\ ? Grab feet or heels from the outside, sink the knees towards the floor ⠀\ ? Think about stretching thighs & buttocks⠀\ ? Inhale extend the spine, exhale brings thighs towards floor⠀\ ⠀\ ?
